At IUVOR, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please read our return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns only for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging including the SKU label.

• Exchanges are not accepted.

• Final sale/non-returnable items include:

Return Window

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. (The return window starts the day the tracking shows delivered.)

• All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval to qualify for a full refund.

• For split package orders, the 7-day window begins from the final package delivery date.

Return Conditions

• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or there was a shipping error.

     to initiate your return.

  2. Our team may ask a few questions to confirm the details of your return. Please respond promptly—this ensures a smoother and faster process.

  3. After providing the requested details, wait for return approval.

  4. Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA#) and provide the return shipping address:
     17300 Railroad Street, City of Industry, California, 91748

  5. Ship the item back to the provided address using the RA#.

  6. Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your return for us to process the refund.

  7. We will email you to confirm the refund once the return has been processed.
